GBN Kiloforce Ltd is part of the The GBN Group, one of Colchester’s largest Independently owned Recruitment Agencies.

The Group was established in February 1989 by David Balfour FIRP. Originally from the West Coast of Scotland, David spent 8 years in the Army before leaving in 1987 having achieved the rank of Captain. The company has since expanded into one of the largest suppliers of temporary and permanent staff in this area.

The company prides itself in providing the complete recruitment package, meeting the need for high quality temporary and permanent staff across a wide range of business categories. As members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, we recognise the need for maintaining high standards in all aspects of our business. We have been reaccredited with Investors In People 2013. We are 1 of only 5% of Recruitment Agencies operating within the UK to be recognised with this award.
